• The goal of Sudoku is to fill the 9x9 playing field (each row, column and 3x3 block) with numbers from 1 to 9. The basic rules of Sudoku are:
• vertical numbers should not be repeated;
• numbers should not be duplicated horizontally;
• a number can appear in a 3x3 square only once.
